The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for any particular purpose.
Notes are stored only in your browser’s localStorage. They are not backed up by us. Clearing browser data, private browsing, a browser crash, device loss or a different browser can permanently remove your notes. Please export important notes to PDF, DOCX or TXT and keep your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data.
Templates (for example meeting notes, to-do lists, invoice drafts and shopping lists) and any article or guide text are general examples only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other professional advice and may not meet the requirements of your country or industry. Always seek qualified advice before relying on a document.
Optical character recognition (OCR), machine translation, speech synthesis, barcode reading and document conversion are automated and can be wrong or incomplete — especially with blurry images, handwriting, unusual fonts, complex layouts, low-resource languages or damaged codes. Always verify results before using them for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other important purposes. Converted files (PDF, XLSX) may look different from what you expect in other software. Dictation accuracy depends on your microphone, accent, background noise and the browser’s recognition service. Word, character and reading-time figures are estimates and may differ from other counters (for example, platforms that count links or emoji differently). The translation tool relies on a third-party service whose free daily limits may apply.
We try to keep our pages accurate and up to date, but features, supported browsers and country information can change. Pages are provided in several languages; if a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails. Years or “2027” references describe the period of publication and do not guarantee future availability of features.
TextAgo is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are chosen by Google and its partners; we do not endorse or guarantee any advertiser, product or service shown, and we are not responsible for transactions between you and advertisers. The Service links to or relies on third-party sites and services (for example share destinations, CDNs and Google services). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Voice dictation uses your browser’s speech-recognition feature. Accuracy varies by browser, language and microphone, and some browsers process audio on their vendor’s servers. Always check transcribed text before using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextAgo and its owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on its content.
